Welcome to MI6, the home of Her Majesty's greatest spy: Commander James Bond, Agent 007. I am a huge Bond fan and consider myself an expert on both the films and the original Fleming novels. I've always been a big Cold War buff, so the notion of a fictional character about a British spy during the Cold War appeals to me very much. Even after the fall of the Soviet Union over a decade ago, Bond continues to endure as one of the most memorable characters from that period.

James Bond is the creation of British author Ian Fleming, whose first novel Casino Royale introduced the world to agent 007 in 1953. A dozen novels and 20 films later (21 this fall), Bond is one of the most recognizable figures in popular culture.

This site is intended to provide background information for all the films and novels, as well as providing my analysis along the way. Ultimately, I just want to make everyone enjoy the Bond experience as much as I do.

Note: These pages are still under construction. I'm in the process of adding a new page every so often. For now, I will be unveiling the pages in order (worst to first) according to my rankings.
